2026 is the 10th anniversary of Beetle Boy AND it is the 10th anniversary of the opening of the fabulous Bug Farm in Pembrokeshire.

Dr Sarah Beynon - the entomologist wizard behind the Bug Farm - is also the insect editor who made sure that Beetle Boy was factually accurate when it came to all the beetle information crawling through it’s pages.

On Thursday July 23rd we are celebrating these anniversary together at the Bug Farm with a host of fun activities and we’d love you to come and join us.

I will be talking about the Beetle Trilogy and how inspiring it was to work with Sarah,. I’ll be doing a reading from the 10th anniversary edition of Beetle Boy, and then signing any and all books you bring or buy between 11am and 12.30pm.

Afterwards I will be milling about the farm enjoying the bug zoo, marvelling at the insect museum, dining in the grub kitchen and walking the farm trail. It’s one of my favourite places in the world.

When booking your tickets, you’ll need a standard Bug Farm entry ticket and then the event ticket, which is £2.50
